what is for Dinner this Monday night??? We had Hobo Meals
Very easy


Take a hamburger patty

place it in the center of a piece of aluminum foil


season it to taste


add raw potato slices

Add carrot slices


wrap up tight


bake at 350 for an hour and 1/2


open, eat throw alum foil away

have dessert

5. ginger chicken, turkey and veg curry and chicken tomato curry w/ rice
leftovers from an awesome dinner prepared by my friend's Indian Mother in Law.

We took the dessert.


We used to call those 'foil dinners". You can do them on the grill too.

Some greens, tomatoes, bacon, avocado, hard boilled eggs, and homemade GARLIC CROUTONS!
Bleu cheese dressing.
Not exactly REAL skinny, but pretty healthy.

9. Beef tamale, chicken tamale; carrot & hummus; cheddar, chipotle and mushroom potatoes;
steamed zucchini, cabbage, carrot and celery; pear cider; and a couple dark chocolate covered almonds in a minute when I do the dishes.

one suggestion tho....

put them on a cookie sheet just in case you poked a hole in the foil

that way you won't mess up your oven
