10. There is a small town in Pennsylvania named Perkiomen, meaning
"somewhat cloudy".....
Also another a bit closer, between Allentown and Reading, called Macungie (accent on 2nd sylable), meaning "bear swamp".

There are a lot of old native names in PA that are very interesting - kind of fun to know what they really mean.
