1. :hugs:

Sorry to hear.

I can't give much advice except only old Monty Python lines...

1) Never expect the Spanish Inquisition,
2) Always look on the bright side of life.

#1 is always true, we all get our own Spanish Inquisition, sounds like it was yours today. #2 helps you deal with #1. Furthermore, if you have Netflix, go watch some Monty Python right now.

3. Me, me, me, and me.

One--my precious dog died.

Two--today I received two rejection notices from potential employers.

Three--my car is acting up, will have to mess with it this weekend. That's after spending $360 this week for FIVE new tires; yes, I even had to replace the spare.

Four--spent 20 minutes doing a phone interview with a placement agency for a position I KNOW is open only to be told "we really don't have anything right now, but we'll keep your resume on file. Thanks for contacting us."

I need a stiff drink--how about you?

4. A third brother-in-law is dying of lung cancer.
Seven years ago, two of my husband's brothers died of lung cancer. One of regular lung cancer and the other from mesothelioma. Now, another one of his brothers has just been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. This brother never smoked a day in his life. Sad to say, I know what happens next.

8. My uncle died. My dad may have a chronic illness. I'm on drugs for PTSD that
don't allow me to cry so all this sad shit is just bouncing around inside my head making me anxious and unhappy.
