It's an honors level 394 class for undergrads taught by a law professor.
Description "The Socratic Method employed by the Professor of Law comes to life in a series of classroom sessions: presenting an overview from common law to the regulatory state, including discussions of the judicial system and the role of judges; following a case from filing to final judgment (the anatomy of a case); analyzing and synthesizing judicial decisions; understanding, interpreting and applying statutes/regulations in our expanding regulatory state and exploring the genesis, sources and effects of the administrative process. The course will analyze the role of the courts and the effects a decision has on both the parties and public-at-large. The instructional format is based upon a leading casebook , Berch, Berch and Spritzer,Introduction to Legal Method and Process, 4th ed., Thomson West, 2006."
