1. Rise Against makes some pretty good anti-establishment songs.
I wish they would focus solely on that. It would make it a lot easier to take them seriously. They make a lot of punk/pop love songs also. That really takes away from them.

2. They've lost their edge.
Their first three albums were excellent, even when they weren't being political. (I think it's asinine to insist that a band has to be political to be taken seriously, but on their two most recent albums they've definitely gone downhill.)
