The "three step technique" known as "number nine" ends with grabbing the groin and tossing one's balls to the other side of the street. That is NOT something to mess with!

I've been injured on many occasions helping her and the girls practice. They try not to hurt me, but it happens. I make a lot of their weaponry. Our arsenal is quite respectable at present. My 15 year old has several sharp swords including a double-blade that she's not allowed to use in class.

And I won't feel sorry for any fucking teabaggers that come around looking to pick a fight!

My eldest son is following in his father's footsteps in that regard. He has a crush on his 16 y.o. red belt assistant instructor at his dojo.

I'm married to a former Corrections Officer and Paramedic whose first husband was a black belt and CID man in the Army.

As a lifetime martial artist myself (roughly 37 out of 43 years,) I definitely know what they're capable of and find that far more enticing than some skinny fashion-model type.

Though maybe it's the lighting, I don't know.

Working out can be hot and well toned women are certainly good. However, if you're skinny and don't eat and work out and build muscle, it isn't hot. It isn't yummy.

Which explains why her arms look like that. When you tone your arms and you're not eating enough, they look like that.

That's not muscle tone, that's dried out. Her face appears fine, her chest isn't sunken in. Not believing it. Also, IIRC, that pic came from UKs Daily Mail rag. Basically half the moral fiber the National Enquirer has.
