Just brewed some beer for KCDem's birthday party
Over this weekend, I brewed two 5-gallon batches of beer: one british bitter, and one belgian dubbel.

To soon to say how they'll turn out, but they're both fermenting very nicely now.

The party will prolly be around late May-early June.

I may be inspired to make a bavarian wheat, too.

Gonna throw her a party?

I'm thinking about one for my birthday in mid-June...combine it with a housewarming, too. I should be moving to a new joint the first of June.
