Just noticed it when Nickleback's pathetic song "Rockstar" came on! Bunch of fucking puritans with a stick of their ass :rofl:

1. Censorship is hilarious

Especially when some words are censored in some songs but not in others. Yes, I've even heard the f-bomb uncensored. What I really hate is when they take a whole line out. Try singing along to Alice in Chains' "Heaven Beside You" on a local radio station. The chorus is totally messed up...

4. The local "Rock" radio station didn't catch the line...

... "I'm the dog that gets beat. Rub my nose in shit." in Alice in Chains' "Man in the Box" for years. The just started censoring it a couple of years a go.

3. MTV is the worst when it comes to that

Well, they were when they used to play music. I use to laugh at their version of Snoop Dogg's Gin and Juice when the chorus was "rolling down the street smoking smoking." Does anybody not know what he was smoking?

There was also a Nas song where they edited out the word cops :eyes:.

6. I watched that video the other day.

What's funny is that compared to today, those videos were lightly edited. They were allowed to show guns and mention gun violence, they could show logos and weed symbols, whenever they did censor cuss words they didn't blur out the person's mouth, etc.

They censor the hell out of videos today by comparison.
