A Moose Wanders In To Knox Mill - Got To See This!
According to Dillon Dougherty of Camden, the moose entered the building through a back door that provides the Sage Market with access to its freezers. Dougherty, who works for Blemaster Construction and Management, LLC, the company that oversees maintenance at the Knox Mill, was in the Lighthouse Church and saw the moose wandering in the hallway.

2. Yeah, just release the moose so some hunter
can kill it. That wildlife management area allows big-game hunting.

3. Moose hunting in Maine is by lottery only. You can only bag one moose.

if you would like to see the rules you can check out this link.

I'm not a fan of hunting, but I suggest you know the rules of my state first.

4. So what.
There is more than just one hunter. Did you check out the lists of winners? There are plenty of hunters out there bagging moose and unfortunately, that poor moose will probably be killed along with many others.

6. I grew up near Baxter State Park so I have encountered quite
a few of them in my day, never indoors though. :P My parents live in fear when they drive around up there in the summer thinking one might slam into their car and it gets annoying when i go up to visit because they never want to drive anywhere around dusk because of it.

7. We have encountered many
I'll never forget the first time I did as an adult in my own car. My little VW could have driven right under the beast. Beautiful creature though. But, no, normally one does not expect to run into a moose indoors.

The story was updated and they released him at Ruffingham Meadows Reserve in Searsmont.

8. My grandparents were almost killed 25 years ago
in a car vs. moose collision at dusk in Minnesota. They were DAMN lucky to have escaped alive. The moose walked away and the Toyota was toast.
