The ads are quite vague in that respect.

3. So if you're not constipated
Does it result in...er...camping in the bathroom? I have some in the fridge and I'm half afraid to eat it.

6. No....
In general, yogurt helps regulate your system toward a neutral point. Also, any good yogurt with live, active cultures will do that. Activia just has better, specific marketing, in my experience.

10. agreed:
any good yogurt will do as long as they have the live bacteria in them. a lot of them are now labeled probiotic which is good. Activia is too sweet for my taste also the red dye they color it with is from carmine (=bugs). I prefer alternate brands.

5. You can take acidophilus, avoid the sugar in Activia, save a lot of $ and achieve the same result.

18. I like yogurt, but don't eat it everyday. Instead, I take a probiotic
supplement, and man, has that helped.

I am already very regular, thank you...I just like the flavor of the stuff.
But then, I've been a yoghurt fanatic for years.

21. A doctor once told me
as long as you are able to go when you need to, you're regular. There's no medical reason for going at exactly 7:23 AM or any other specified time.
