I have a large tower fan next to my computer desk and I'm sitting here spraying myself with a watter bottle every 5 min.

single serving kool-aid/hawaiian punch in bottles of water are nice
also, you can trick your body. it's a nice fake out i learned in japan, take a VERY hot shower or bath, and everything feels cooler...
