sigh, my car is in the garage, so I'm stuck at home and will have to spend a fortune to fix it
Anyone have a 2005-2007ish car with good mpg available for under $10,000 I can buy?

1. I was stuck in the house all day on Tuesday.
My car was in the garage having a brake job done. Front and rear brakes cost me $414.

2. I'm pretty sure mine is a brake problem too
it's been making a terrible grinding noise for a week now. I'm still waiting for the garage to call and say what's wrong.

My car is also on the fritz (ever heard that expression ?)and I'm stuck at home. I invited my daughter for supper for her birthday and had to have her take me shopping for food and a gift.(heater core )
