then noticed the fiber content, which is close to nil. (1g per serving qualifies it as a low-fiber food.) So be sure you're getting your fiber elsewhere. Throw in some nuts, maybe. I switched to a variety of hot cereals; am currently on yellow corn grits (labeled gluten free) from Arrowhead Mills, which I got in a regular supermarket.
Some celiacs are still having trouble with GF Chex, though not as far as I can see with the rice variety:

Not meaning to pour cold water on your happiness; hell, I'm still happy about it, too, even though I don't eat the stuff anymore. It's nice when a major corporation recognizes your dietary restrictions and it just feels normal to be able to buy your groceries in a regular store for a change. And of course for you not having to drive the extra 30 miles must be wonderful. So huzzah!:party:
