Happy Birthday Mom

I called my mom to wish her a happy birthday this afternoon, and asked her how did she celebrate it. She said they went to the Indiana State Fair. I said that sounds like fun. Did you have cake later? No she said I had chocolate covered bacon. .......

She wonders why I don't live there anymore.

I asked her if she liked it. She said not really, but it was $5.00 for about 4 pieces and she wouldn't waste it so she ate it all, and now feels sick..........

I love and miss my mom so much.

She would be mad if she knew I told you all she is a young 59 today. Elvis died on this day too, I don't know how many years ago. I just remember her telling me that he died on her birthday.

Are you going to be naughty and tell us her age? For my mom's 50th birthday I sent her a huge flower arrangement with a big balloon that said "Happy 50th Birthday" to her job, and she called and yelled at me. She said she had half of them thinking she was turning 40, and I blew it for her. She then laughed and thanked me for the flowers.
