I just blocked both of my SIL's on Facebook. I wish I could do it in real life.

To say that my SIL's are evil is like calling George W. Bush a MENSA member. My poor husband has bent over backwards most of his life to have any relationship at all with them; their response is to treat him even more poorly.

This weekend's dustup? Our nephews turned four. Their mother did not invite him to the birthday party. We found this out via the other sister's discussing the party on Facebook. After all, their mother let her sons "choose who they wanted" at their party. When I challenged her on this, her response was that she wasn't inviting anyone they had "no emotional investment" with.

I wish I had a word vile enough to call her, but unfortunately, even the obvious doesn't have enough impact. I can only hope that she is the lucky recipient of every bit of the misery she's dished out over the years.

I have some family members I don't get along with. Thank god they don't know I'm on Facebook...:hug:

Where is the "defriend" option? I couldn't find it. (Why don't they make it as easy to "defriend" as it is to "friend", anyway?)

Thank God my son is moving into the dorms this coming weekend; I used it as an excuse not
to have to spend two days flying and in airports to go to my nephew's wedding in Vegas.
Who has a wedding in Vegas in August? So I'm able to put off seeing her once again.

I think we should be able to exile them to their own island or something. Think of the possibilities. ;-) Maybe an island's too nice. How about a low-population landlocked state? :woohoo:
