Which cartoon character/series do you most wish would be made into a good movie?
I mean, they're even doing "Stretch Armstrong", according to a DUer..so why not "Calvin and Hobbes"? "Red Meat"? An hour and a half of "Garfield Minus Garfield"?

Or "Zippy"?

What's your wish?

1. Boondocks would be nice.
M. Night Shamalayan (sp?) is doing the Avatar series. Christ I hope he doesn't fuck it up too badly. I love that show.

17. Samurai Jack would be great!
Do you think Ken Watanabe is too old to play Jack?

3. I posted that in jest a few days ago, and lo, they ARE making a film.
You can search it out on youtube.com. Nothing too spectacular yet, but Fat Freddie's Cat is pretty good :)

9. That has stayed on my mind. Let's hope that this is also the case with someone
who can make it happen, and happen RIGHT.

:hi:

16. Sally Forth
...by EC Comics legend Wally Wood. It was sort of his take on Barbarella, but a lot more nekkid.

18. Excellent question! I would pay to see an Exo-Squad cartoon.
Excellent themes, space opera, racism, genetics ethics, technology.

I would love a live action version of Justice League or Justice League Unlimited. So many characters!

And for pure crack factor: Defenders of the Earth! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Nm_jJBkHtU So awesome!
