5. I recommend Mistress Midori.
Midori taught a workshop on Japanese Rope Bondage(Kinbaku) I attended when I was thinking of becoming a pro-dom and her books on the topic are considered the gold standard of teaching materials on the subject. Everything from a discussion of what type of rope to use and how to maintain your ropes to step-by-step instructions.

Also, they have naughty photos.
