I really hate taking naps and waking up MORE tired than before I went down.
Mother fucking fatigue can go to hell and fuck itself with a 12" dildo.

Anything over 20 minutes and I wake up feeling ten times worse.

4. If I lie down for a nap, I'm out cold for two hours and then it takes two hours to recover.
It's just not worth it for me.

A couple times when I was pregnant I just basically dropped out cold. The fatigue hit me like a powerful drug, and I HAD to sleep right then and there. One time I was driving and that hit me and I didn't think I'd make it home, even though I was less than half a mile away.

5. You might be napping too long.
I find that if I "power nap" for 20-30 minutes, I'm fine. Any longer than that, and I'm toast for the rest of the day.

also don't nap to close to bed time.

7. Sleep Inertia
If you sleep for more than 20-30 minutes you're probably slipping into slow-wave delta sleep. Once this happens, it's tough to wake up quickly.
