Funny slip by a newscaster on WJZ13, Baltimore

My wife and I stopped in a rural bar yesterday evening and WJZ 13, Baltimore was on. I don't remember what the story was REALLY about, but the guy reporting it said some woman was arrested for "drinking while drunk". He quickly corrected it to "driving while drunk", but by then we were all roaring in laughter.

There's a bar called "Two Mile Inn". On a hunch, I clocked it - about two miles out of town. $2.00 pint drafts of Yuengling. Pool table, darts, still allows smoking - no sports shit on the TV. Just the kind of place we like.

On edit: Please note - "THE" TV - singular. Important point.

2. My funniest newscaster story was about a weatherman

trying to do the weather. I forget what town it was in. He was at his weather map board and this huge cockroach started making a beeline for him. He got all nelly and started screeching and clutching his pearls. It's hard to make me laugh, but that one incident had me in tears!
