6. I was listening to WWOZ today and heard the most amazing
jazz today. Soem Dave Brubeck with Louis Armstrong. Off a Brubeck album. Just the best thing ever.

17. Stephane and Django were the real deal
I was fortunate to hear Stephane Grappelli play in San Francisco with David Grisman in the late seventies. He had just recovered from a broken finger that required a pin (left hand pinky!) He said he had to relearn how to play, but admitted the pinky ended up stronger than before.
