1. Naturally talented.
In a society that claims to be pro-God, it surely would allow people to use their God-given talents.

Sorry to speak in riddles. It's Friday, I'm in pain, and I haven't gotten laid in years.

3. I think I am already known as hard working and get abused for it.
Oh get TA to do it....she can do anything. Who cares that she hasn't had a break in over 6 hours and has been on her feet the whole time.

Therefore, I wish someone would find something talented about me and Discover me and whisk me off to my real life where I attend Gallery Showings of my Latest and Greatest Wonderful Works of Arts.

I can dream, can't I ?

7. That's true, hard workers get taken advantage of
while naturally talented can often be prima donnas.

4. Hard working, because
I tend to be a slacker.

Which is why I'm here talking about this instead of DOING something that needs to be done. :)

10. A moderate amount.
Mostly it's that "old age and treachery overcomes youth and skill" anytime. (Hat tip to the late Waylon Jennings for the quote.)

I know most people respect hard workers, but like TuesdayAfternoon mentioned they are frequently taken advantage of.

12. I prefer to think of those who are "naturally talented"
Edited on Fri Aug-21-09 09:48 AM by Moondog
as the lucky winners of a genetic lottery that they didn't even know they had entered. And since I never considered myself to be hard working, that leaves lottery winner.

On edit - add omitted word.

13. I've found that some people will call me "talented" as ...
... a sort of insult. I guess I am sort of a bum, but I work hard at what I do, it doesn't just happen from "talent".
