Did both the Jawa and the Ewok say "ootini!"? When obviously the Ewok have zero contact with beings from other worlds...is it some Universal form of saying...what? Enquiring minds want to know! This is serious business! I'm not kidding! Too much.

But the bigger question for me is how did the Jawas take R2 down with a single shot when he'd already proven able to hold his own against two Super Battle-Droids? And why, if he had those handy rocket boosters, did he bother to roll across the sand in the baking suns?
