We were on the Strand, which is a walk street in Manhattan Beach. There are multi-million dollar homes facing the water...

We live about a mile and a half from there.

43. I found out the problem:
sometimes in the past I have "blocked images" on some posts and if you change the image, I don't know it because Opera doesn't tell me that it's changed. I only do that if it's a sig image that is too big for me or whatever. I unblock things later, usually, when I remember. Sorry about that.

But it's great pic of you both. Now which one is you? ;)

19. I had one shaped like that, but it was a hard plastic mesh with a chiffon bow on the back.
It was also black and went well with my black sequined off-one-shoulder shirt, black pants, black & white heels, and rhinestone jewelry. Oh, and the mesh fingerless gloves.

the family homestead circa 1840. We didn't know him before and he is a big activist on rural issues. Needless to say my politics didn't match with his but we ignored that and got along fine. I should have yelled at him at one point but instead I just laughed at him. He certainly fit the stereotype re: his views on things.

$350 AND she threw in the (1) bridesmaid's
dress for $100.00.

My sister wore her dress (it was burnt orange)
to Renaissance Fairs for years before it finally

82. my wife and I on our way to a Halloween party


We passed out candy to the trick or treaters in costume, made for some funny looks from people. I had to be funny and passed out Necco wafers and my wife had a ruler ready for anybody who got rowdy. Her best friend Meredith came dressed as God.

It's been 35 years now. We met when we were 22. Nance Greggs commented on how my
wife seemed a little reluctant to get with this "aging" routine that afflicts the
rest of us, but you know stubborn Germans can be. I'm sure she'll start aging when
she is good and ready, and not a second before!
