It's not like they sell kishke, boychik, on the tourist facing side of Brighton Beach. I had the same letdown at "the original Kelly's Roast Beef" in Revere MA, once your eatery goes viral the flagship almost has to become cookie-cutter or it drags down the rest of the franchise with high quality and competent service.
