4. Well, to answer your question, I like a mix of both
It's great to collaborate with a team, but I do like to just be left at my desk to get shit done.

7. Individually, because I don't play well with others.
Tell me to do something, leave me alone, and it'll get done toot sweet.

10. depends on the team -
I - er - hate stupid people. And, unfortunately, there sure seem to be a lot of those out there. :scared:

So most of the time, yeah, I find it much easier and more efficient to just do things myself.

That said, if the others are quick and innovative and willing to think "out-of-the-box" - then, hells yeah - I love to interact with people like that. And, again unfortunately, there don't seem to be enough of those out there. :(

Does that make me sound arrogant?

11. When I did work, I HAD to work by myself..
when you work with a crew, there are always a couple of slackers who don't hold up their end and you work harder making their money for them..screw that!!

That is why I was a truck driver and a cab driver. The only person I had to worry about was ME!! I was my own best employee. :-)

13. Much better alone. I'm so much smarter than other people that it's a real
drag when I have to 'collaborate.' Fortunately, other people apparently recognize their inferiority, because they seem to be polite enough not to inflict themselves on me...

14. Depends on what I am doing
I write better on my own. I lift heavy objects repeatedly better with help. I have conversations better in a team. I bathe better in a team, but using the restroom is better done individually, I find. And looking at LOLcats can go either way.
