yoga...:scared: :nuke: Who needs the rack or waterboarding??

How in the name of HELL do some of you get through it?? It's not like I'm in (that bad) of a shape, either...(6'2, 258)

1. When I took Yoga lessons
they emphasized that you are not suppose to be pushing yourself to the point of pain. Just do what you can. Relax into poses, not force yourself.

6. It was tough for me to get used to that
I had mustly done weight training and the like most of my life. I was ingrained with the idea of no pain no gain.

2. I can't stand it
Unlike after an hour-long martial arts or aerobics workout, where I derive a pleasant sense of calm exhaustion, I only feel beat up after a yoga session. I know a lot of people love to do it, but it's just not for me.

4. i confess my body did feel much looser afterward
beat up, but looser...i think i'll get more out of it when i add more flexibility...

3. I hate things where they tell you okay, breathe in, breathe out ... etc.
Bugs the crap out of me.

Just give me straightforward exercise.
