One of my cats just ratted out another
Quark piddled on the bed, and Socrates evidently saw him and started making this weird strangled meow. Of course, I went to check on him immediately, and when I got to the bedroom, Socks was fine and there was a small spot on the down and the mattress pad. I can't believe one of my cats dropped a dime on his cousin.

The only reason Q-Ball (aka Dave) is still alive is that the sheets were off the bed and in the wash already.

1. Snitches get stiches.
That cat is gonna get roughed up during "recreation time" tomorrow.

2. Or not
Socks weighs 25 pounds. Quark weighs 14 pounds. Fortunately, Socks is pretty laid back. :P It'll end the way it always does: Socrates washes Quark.

4. Our cat Milo is always washing our other two cats heads,
She just saunters up and starts licking the tops of their heads.

Both will just sit there looking annoyed until she stops and walks away. But they never swat at her or anything... crazy cat.

6. Neutrino (Quark's sister) lived inside the coffee table for a year once
Evidently, Socks (who is literally 4 times her size) tried to wash her. The weird part is she could gut him like a fish if she wanted to - she's quick, pointy and fierce, and she could get inside his reach and slash! I guess she doesn't want to do the paperwork. :P

7. "Quick, pointy and fierce..." what a great cat description!
Especially the pointy part.

8. "Quick, pointy and fierce" is a perfect description of my littlest cat, Pixie.
She demonstrated these characteristics quite magnificently when we visited the groomer's a couple of weeks ago.

:scared:

3. WHOSE FELINE ASS DO I KICK?
Quark for his dismal hygiene habits or Socrates for being a fucking snitch?

5. Hmmm...Quark, please
He's having some kind of territorial connipt with Socks, and since he (Quark) is like Third of Five, he acts out by piddling on the bed and leaving damp spots on the living room futon. And yes, I've had him checked out by the vet and it's behavioral, not medical. Sigh.

Go easy on the boy though. He's the most laid back, loving cat ever. He's just frustrated.
