2. Putting the War on Trial Tour...for Lt. Ehren Watada...

Doug Zachary, board member of VFP
Lt. Watada's father, Bob & his wife, Rosa Sakanishi
Elliot Adams, now president of VFP...

I housed these dissidents during the tour...just for a night it was awesome.
It just happened to coincide with election day...my town in MA had it on the ballot, so they held the signs outside while I was voting...We hugged, said good-bye...and off they went to Maine...
I'll never forget it...I wasn't going to write that, but it's such a wonderful memory for me...

If I had put it up on the Veterans board...it would have been easy...
