Computer question: getting sound from a non-active window in Windows
I have World of Warcraft on my laptop, a Vista running computer.

A few months ago, I could have WoW running in the background while I checked a browser window or my email or whatever, and the WoW sound would continue to come through the speakers so I could tell what was going on.

However, starting a few months ago (I think it came with me installing the Wrath of the Lich King upgrade, or perhaps some major WoW patch which came out about the same time), when I move away from WoW and go to any other window, the sound stops from WoW.

Any idea how to get it back? If you have an idea, please tell me.

1. Whoops - never mind. Just figured it out.
Can't believe it took me all these months to realize that the patch or upgrade probably reset the sound settings...

fucking hell.

That's all it was.
