Sunday Night Football -- Jay Cutler comes back to Denver
Edited on Sun Aug-30-09 07:03 PM by fishwax
This is the first chance I'll have to see the Broncos this year. Alas, as a Bronco fan, I'm not optimistic about the season :) -- But I am excited to have football back.

So, Lounge Football fans, how does your team look this season?

1. My Packers have been awesome so far
Edited on Sun Aug-30-09 07:11 PM by Bluzmann57
At least the first unit. There are six guys who can start for any team at linebacker right now and Tremon Williams is as good as any corner in the league. The offense, led by Aaron Rodgers, is simply great. However,if Doug Jennings is gone for any length of time, that is a serious blow.
So I am cautiously optimistic for the coming year. The Bears probably will be a fairly good team and the Favres, er, the Vikes should be good as well. But if the Packers D comes through, they should be the class of the NFC North.

3. Yeah, they'll be good this year.
The NFC North will be tough, though, with those two new QBs ... well, three if you count Detroit--but then, who counts Detroit?

9. Seahawks running game in doubt
Edited on Sun Aug-30-09 07:57 PM by chknltl
Passing game is looking good but regardless of how good it may be, without a running game, our QBs may be in trouble. I am not un-confident of the runners we have but my concern is that we don't have someone like our ol' Hutchinson up front making holes for those runners. The recent addition of Edgarin James suggests to me that the Seahawks 'deciderer guys' disagree with me. We shall sea what we shall sea!
