google ads on my blog?

I have a blog, I signed up to google adsense about a year and a half ago. On the right hand side of my blog, there are normally three text based ads, I havent changed this at all, I go today to find that google has put up a huge image base ad on my blog, how can this be?

I use blogspot, I didnt go and edit my text base ads, but all of a sudden there is an image ad?
