Couples' therapy and infertility

I'm taking a couples therapy class and am giving a 15 min presentation on this subject later in the month.

I'm curious if anyone out there has struggled with this issue and went to couples' therapy with their partner to deal with it?

Did it help?

If so, what worked?

What didn't work and why? (if applicable)
