18-HOUR Dr. Laura Marathon ALERT.

Those of us who live in the L.A. region will be lucky
to be listening into Dr. Laura Schelshinger next
Tuesday on KFWB (980). It will be her inaurgural
show on KFWB, kicking off with a 3-hour live show,
followed afterwards by 15-hours of "best of Dr. Laura"
afterwards. I know Dr. Laura is controversial because
of her teeth, cheerleader photos, premadonna expressions,
"the missing years", so forth, but she does give out a
lot of pretty well-concerned old-fashioned advice all and
all on a variety of modern problems, from diet to personal
relations to sexual etiquette. I'm thinking of setting up
a pajamas&snacks listening neighborhood party for the
18 hours. It should be something else.

It is, right?

What are you going to be doing starting
PST Noon Tuesday. You might not always agree
with her, but ...

Wow I just got a cramp in my left foot and now
when I clench my toes, the middle toe stays below the
level of the other toes and then slowly comes up again.
Wierd.

and her awesome advice?? I'm there!

I'll call and ask her about the psychology of my toe cramp
if it's still there by then, or if my neighbors are from outer
space and how it impacts pervading neighborhood mores.

that this statement --------"...but she does give out a lot of pretty well-concerned old-fashioned advice..."----- is SO droll and DRY that it almost slips UNDER the 'dar.

While the self-appointed enlightened one of family values raked in money on a book tour. On which she was saying that women should stay home, not work and take care of their families.

All this while rats were feasting on her dead mother.
