So I decided to pretend I was 8 years old again.
I turned on cartoons, just like I used to back then. Yikes! where is Bugs Bunny? Mighty Mouse? Underdog? Bullwinkle? Yogi Bear? All find now is Super Robot Man or some such crap. Thus endeth the experiment. :(

1. Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes are too unPC now.
I love them, but looking at back at some of the stereotypes they used (especially in some of the war time cartoons) is fairly cringe worthy. I suspect this is the biggest reason why those are shown so rarely now.

There's no excuse, however, for not showing Bullwinkle. :)

Oh, wait, I see it involved watching cartoons.

Yeah, there have been no good Saturday morning cartoons since about the late 80s.
