help with a link, please?

I want details, so I went here http://www.barackobama.com/issues/ to look.

I clicked on the "learn more" link under Health Care topic and I got a blank page. Can somebody check this out for me, is the page blank? or is it my browser?

2. It's not blank, takes you to:

http://origin.barackobama.com/issues/healthcare/index.php

Click this link and see if it still comes up blank. Takes a few seconds to load, though.
