Well Well Well, apparently I'm being watched LOL
I did an interview with BBC H&W on Monday morning about the Missing chldren drama created by my Narcissist/Sociopath ex husband. He kept droning on and on about the kids being mistreated YAWN. Which is what people like this do when they are confronted with BACK CHILD SUPPORT. Even Social Services were interested in the events leading up to his letter to them. They said it happens all the time and they were NOT amused!

Anyway, I went in and taped my portion of the interview but I never heard his part of the interview till yesterday when it was aired.....

His part of the interview went a bit like this. If you didn't know him you would probably be thinking:

Sane,hmmmm good point,

Sane, hmmmm good point,

hmmmmm

Then at the very end....

BAM!!!! CRAZY!!!

I think if they'd have left him to keep talking, he would have started into alien abductions or something... RFLOL

Here is the link to the interview and it starts at 2:02.18. move the slide bar to that time.

Wait for it... It's worth the wait... Listen till the very end... You will say WTF?? Wait for it!!

1. WTF, indeed!
Good grief --- you're being tracked? How?

Can you sue him for slander because he keeps publically accusing you of abuse?

He owes back support but how much money is he spending on this?

How did he get a court in Arkansas to grant him custody?

I thought you answered his allegations well with FACTS.

2. You are being watched
and tracked all over the world?

He is bluffing, he doesnt have the means to have you watched. Although he claims it is not about the money, it sounds as if this entire case is about the money. The money that he owes for child support. If you hadnt filed for that money, he never would have started the rest of this. Obviously he doesnt care how this could be hurting his children.

5. EXACTLY
He doesn't and has never cared about the children. His crusade gets him attention and makes him look like the left behind father. People pat him on the back like he's some sort of martyr pining for his lost children.

It's all about money and all about winning. The children are a possession to him and he wants his property back it all!!

3. I wonder....
I too have child issues that go over international borders. My ex abandoned us when I was still pregnant with LyricKid and moved to Australia. Because he still lives outside of U.S. jurisdiction, I have not been able to force him to take the DNA test necessary to establish paternity. We live in poverty, and I know he has money that he inherited (or at least he did, if he hasn't blown it all already.) Child support would be immensely helpful to my situation. I did a quick read-through of the Hague Convention's site, and it seems that they ARE authorized to deal with things like the establishment of paternity and international child support orders.

Do you know anything about the process of getting help via the Hague Convention? Is there a specific route that I must take, or should I just contact them directly, or what?

6. The Hague Convention
I know how it works if you are trying to find someone overseas because my ex should be using it to sort out the issues we have but he won't because the welfare of the child is it's main consideration and it won't force me to give him the children, all he could hope for is access, so he isn't interested.

For him to come over here and have a Hague Convention hearing, he would have to hire a solicitor in England and they would proceed from there.

Sooo you may have to hire a solicitor in Australia to impliment the Hague Convention. Now I do know that you can contact the state department and they will help you get a solicitor and help you through the process.

This might be a long shot but the London Attorney I used, very sparingly, is Australian but practices law in London. He is an international Family Law Solicitor. His name his Henry Brookman. He may not remember me because he only advised my Arkansas Attorneys back in 2005. It would be worth a call or e mail to his firm and he may be able to point you in the right direction.

http://www.brookman.co.uk/

If that doesn't work, write me back and let me know, I have lots of info on the Hague Convention and I'm sure I can find something that might help you.

I am currently helping and English mother who is trying to sue her American ex for child support. He is living in the US now in Oregon and she is having trouble getting anything from him for their daughter. I am doing this as a friend because I'm no expert on the Hague Convention but after so many years of dealing with my ex ASSHOLE in the states, I have learned a LOT!

Let me know what happens.

4. To answer your questions
Hi there,

No I don't think he's watching us... it's just a crazy statement! You think he's ok, may even believe that he cares about the kids and then BAM!!! He throws something crazy into the works. Oh and that was not put there are the end of the interview by accident. I wrote the reporter and e mail and at the end asked about the CRAZY "She's being tracked" statement and the reporter said, "with some interviewees, they dig their own graves... and I let him!!!!!" LOL So she deliberately put that at the end of the interview so it would be the last thing people heard. CLEVER!

"Can you sue him for slander because he keeps publically accusing you of abuse?"

Yes I can, and I've been to a solicitor in the UK and it will cost 10's of thousands of pounds of which I don't have and you have to prove that it has hurt you and your family and reputations tangibly...

"He owes back support but how much money is he spending on this?"

Well we have spent £20,000 on all his shit, so I guess he's spent quite a bit too.

"How did he get a court in Arkansas to grant him custody?"

He went to court without my knowledge and told the court that he doesn't know where we are and the court gave him custody because I failed to appear!!! Can you believe that???? No consideration for the welfare of the kids and how damaging that would be to rip them from their home and force them to go live in another country.

I thought you answered his allegations well with FACTS.

THANK YOU!! I stuck strickly to the facts and I have proof of all of them on my web site. He just makes statements about how I'm being watched and tracked... If I was that reporter, I'd ask. "How is she being tracked?" and then watch him squirm.
