I saw 3 apache helicopters

Yesterday, they flew over my Uni, must have been testing them I don't think the British Army uses them yet but they had built some and were having troubles. Still it looked pretty cool and it was the last thing i expected to see walking through campus.

Maine than when I lived next to a large Navy base. What is with that?

3. i didnt know there was an army base near york

seems odd to have one near a uni, a place full of anti-war people.
