BREAKING: Sean Lennon, Yoko Ono & surviving ex-Rolling Stones members to form "The New Beatles"

CNN LONDON - In an exclusive CNN interview recoded earlier today, John Lennon's son Sean announced that his new band, "The New Beatles," would include his mother Yoko Ono (drums, vocals), Bill Wyman (bass) and Mick Taylor (guitar), in addition to Lennon himself on guitar and vocals. Their debut album, "Number Ten," is scheduled to be in stores and available through iTunes by early December.

When asked about the title, Lennon replied "Well, as you know, my dad said that the original Beatles were bigger than Jesus, and we're already a lot better than they were, and one of my dad's songs was "Revolution Nine," so we're one better than that. Number Ten."

Sir Paul McCartney, on tour behind his new album "Vera, Chook & Dave," told reporters that the planned union "sounds more like number two to me. I'll sue, do you hear me! I will SUE!"

McCartney already has one lawsuit in the works, brought against members of "The New Wings," featuring former Wings / Moody Blues member Denny Laine, the two guys who joined Aerosmith for one album when Joe Perry and Brad Whitford left, and the drummer from the Hollies.
