3. I only have my coffee in the morning while getting ready
for the day. After that it's tea for me.

But I will join you in toasting coffee :P .

French Roast in my French Press, yum!

15. yes, french roast from french press
That's my method of choice.

I'm quite fussy, and it pays off in flavor.

Once I watched an expert on french press on Martha Stewart's show. He demonstrated the way. Start with a clean press and cold water, of course. Bring the water just barely to boiling. Fill the press just halfway with the water and let it sit and "bloom" for two minutes. Then add more water.

And of course grind the beans for each pot as you go.

I usually drink mine over ice with real cream. I'm even fussy about that! :-)

4. Espresso, coffee, tea, Diet Coke
it's all good. As long as it has caffeine. Otherwise, what's the point? Might as well be drinking water ....

10. There is a reason it has been around for a long time
Hazelnut is my favorite flavor to add, but straight is just fine, too.

I have never tasted a kind I didn't like. Kona is my favorite blend, but there are many, many fine coffees out there.

That first sip of a perfectly brewed cup first thing in the morning makes for an outstanding day!

12. I love coffee so much, that most coffee I buy is decaf, just so I can drink
coffee anytime I like throughout the day and into the evening.

13. I'm going to have to start doing that myself.
Cuz I could drink a lot more of it if part of it was decaf.

17. Love it brewed so strong that you can stand a spoon up in the cup.
I miss living in Italy where you can get "un cafe" on every street corner-- a blissful jolt of pure adrenaline for 85 euro cents. *sigh*

20. Can't drink it anymore. One cup makes me want to pee all day long.
And I don't the problem is just the caffeine; there's something else in coffee that increases urination.

25. Yes, that's REALLY true. When I'm going to donate platelets or go rowing, I go without
starting the night before.

BUT I can drink a cup just before bedtime and sleep just fine.
