3. The Bridgeport BlueFish didn't make it this year. I never got to see them.

Funny, but my daughter got to see them on a "school trip" when she was in first grade (that was six years ago)! They won!

It is a really nice stadium. Thanks to Joe "Bordeaux" Ganim. (Now in jail for corruption).

The Arena at Harbor Yard is nice too. I've been to the arena for hockey, and someday I'll get to the stadium for baseball. It's the only thing in Bridgeport worth seeing.

7. Ahem... ex-Bridgeporter here...

Connecticut's only zoo, the Barnum Museum, several miles of beachfront, the Black Rock neighborhood, Italian food on Madison Ave. (similar to New Haven's Wooster St. but less touristy), etc., etc.
