Today is the best day of my week, because I get to go to work!

I know that everybody likes Friday because it's the start of the weekend. I can sympathize. In high school and college Friday was always a good day to look forward to. Actually, since my college didn't have classes on Friday, it was always the day when nothing happened because everybody was putting stuff off until Sunday :)

But now that I'm in that odd phase of graduate school where all the work can be done on my own schedule, Friday is my favorite day of the week because I get to do my new job: teaching three hours of seminars for freshmen and sophomores about my favorite subject! This is the first semester I have gotten to be a TA and it's lots of fun. My students don't give me any trouble and are very nice and a lot of them seem interested in what I have to say. At least they're showing up.
