3. It's funny what a difference it can make to see a film without having experience the time.
I remember thinking that Elvira Gulch riding a bike with a dog in the basket was really goofy. I'm sure that my mother didn't see it like that. It would have looked like a normal way for a thrifty person to get about in the era.

Do you know the name of the dog?

in the movie after dognapping Toto?

6. Yep. I've only watched the move about a hundred times.
When growing up it was a yearly special on the TV. The entire family watched it together. It was always a special family evening.
