Apple Smoked Bacon Pork Tenderloin
Pre-marinated.*

Just off the grill at 160 Degrees F internal temperature.
Dark and crusty on the outside.
Should be the faintest shade of pink on the inside.
Smells heavenly.

To be served with sweet 'taters, green beans, salad.
Adult beverages will be served/consumed beforehand.
:-)

*Pre-marinated: Came that way in shrink wrapped package.
Got it at Sam's.
I know...I know.
:-(

1. We just came from the farmer's market - we bought some home made
sweet sausage with apples in it.
Haven't tried it yet, but we have been buying meat from these folks for several years and it's all incredible.

4. It's a 'store boughten' thang.
Just says 'Apple Smoked Bacon Pork Tenderloin' on the package.
The sauce was red.
Tomatoey?
It caramelized nicely.

5. GAH!
Hmmm....I wonder if I can recreate this...

How about a pork loin, give it a good rub (salt, pepper, paprika) wrap i in bacon, and then dip it in BBQ sauce.

Bake or grill.

Whaddya think?

3. Sounds yummy
If Sam's has it, Wally should, too. I'll check into it.
I'm in PA now, so wish me luck.

:hi:

8. Sounds mighty yummy
I'll forgive you for going to Sams, a new Walmart opened up by my mother's house and she forced me to take her there! Nothing was bought, but we did price compare and found it a mixed bag compared to the local Shop Rite.
