For the one fan of Rachel Ray's show,

talking to my brother last nite. His brother in law will be on Rachel Ray's tv show soon. Apparently he taped the segment earlier this week.

His name is "Big" Lou Elrose. He's the pit master of a place called Wildwood BBQ in NYC. They must have done a segment on BBQing.

Met him many times over the years. Him and his wife are great people.
