23. I don't know why I never did that when my kids were growing up.
I started doing it a few years ago. It's perfect for those days when nothing else sounds good and everyone seems to love breakfast.

14. It's the same recipe as potato pancakes
But you use sweet potatoes instead of russets. It's pretty simple and there's only a few ingredients.

They were really delicious. Our fave pancake or waffle is buckwheat, tho.

15. Too many dishes?
A bowl, a griddle, plates.

What? Do you eat out of a trough?

17. Ha ha
Pancakes = mixing bowl, measuring cup for milk, spoon, frying pan, spatula, plate and fork (7 things I have to hand wash)

Muffin = disposable paper wrapper (0 things I have to hand wash)

For roughly the same nutritional profile, I save almost half an hour eating a muffin instead of pancakes. Therefore, I almost never eat pancakes because I hate doing all the extra dishes.

18. Where does one find these magic muffins?
that require no mixing, or baking pans? I'll give you the plate and fork, and ignore the knife for butter.

They were so good. I was so full - I couldn't breathe or walk for at least two hours. Speaking of pancakes, I think I'll whip some up now.

27. Organic Batter Blaster - at your service:
This couldn't be any easier for us pancake lovers:

http://www.batterblaster.com/index.php

I've tried this - it's great - sold at Ralphs next to the whipped cream and eggs or even Whole Foods carry it.

31. I've tried it.
It looks bad, but it's got a huge "Organic" label on it. The pancakes from it aren't bad.

Calorie counting and all that crap. Bah! x(

Want pancakes more often? Hang with a 5 YO. I "have" to have pancakes every weekend because MG Jr. asks for them and, well, can't let that batter go to waste for one pancake (his limit)! :D
