On the flip side, they're being exposed to hands on science, hands on creativity like music video making, what all is involved in carrying through a project to its polished conclusion. Those aren't bad things. But if the words from the rap up above are accurate, then it's truly a shame that the dad is indoctrinating his kids with so much hate so early on.

Creativity isn't virtuous by default.

This is unsubstantiated, but he said he was a stand-up comedian in LA and that Heene was well known in the stand up community because he made videos of their acts for them as a business. Mind you, I'm just repeating what he said with no vetting, but he claimed Heene was always, always promoting, that he claimed he was diabetic and shot himself up numerous times per day and was so manic the caller wondered about that. After watching half of this video (all I could stand) I am shocked and sickened by what they are encouraging these kids to say and do. It's going to come back and bite them (the kids; I believe the parents are beyond biting, and would think they were being treated unfairly no matter what). awful, awful business. Poor children.

I couldn't believe what he was saying so I watched the video for myself. Once I realized that it was real, I posted the link on DU.

Between Jon and Kate and these people, kids are being exploited by their attention seeking parents. A major tragedy is not too far off.

It's okay if adults want to make fools of themselves, but when children are forced into it, then there is a major problem.
