This looks interesting! I am a big Ian McKellan fan and could be persuaded to forgive Jim Caviezel for Passion of the Christ.

3. re-heating a souffle if ya ask me.
there are lot amazing scripts out there and tons of writers who really deserve a chance. Why re-do something that was unique and exciting and holds up well as it ages?
