WTF?? I went to Amazon and everything is in French!
I tried logging in to see if it put everything back to English. Anyone have an idea about what I need to do? Since I don't speak or read French, I am having a hard time finding any instructions.

Very weird.

866-216-1072 Unfortunately it's an "automated customer service" line, but maybe you can actually talk (in English) to a real person. BTW I looked at the site and couldn't find an option to choose language, but down at the very bottom, there are other countries listed. Maybe, somehow, you clicked on France the last time you were on the site. Good luck.

5. I had that problem with Japanese Amazon
You can click on different international Amazon stores from the home page somewhere. If you accidentally click on one, you'll forever get it whenever you go to Amazon. I forget what I did to fix the Japanese problem--probably clicked in the U.S. store.

8. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Etats-Unis
You somehow took yourself to the French store.

I'm not sure why your preferences got "stuck" there. I order DVDs from the UK store frequently, and the first bookmark always takes me to the U.S. store.

If you have Amazon bookmarked, erase the bookmark and create a new one while you are on the home page of the U.S. store.

12. Somehow I managed to get Yahoo in Czech...
very bizarre, and it sets a cookie so it keeps coming back that way.

Eventually I clicked on something to get it back here.
