Calling Triangle NC area folks...HELP!!

I thought I wasn't going to be able to arrange a sitter for tomorrow, and thus made no plans to go to Fayetteville...Now I've got 2 people willing to do it as a b'day present (my b'day is Monday :party:)...but it's 9:30pm the night before!! :cry:

Any Triange folk who are headed that way and might be willing to help out ride-wise PLEASE let me know. I'm happy to contribute $$ for gas (or :smoke: or ass, whatever makes ya happy...;))

But, we are headed the other way....to Asheville...and won't be coming home until Sunday!

I thought about PMing you guys, then looked on Mapquest and saw you wouldn't really be anywhere near here...I'm not giving up, I might email the people who are taking a bus from Durham, see if it's not too late...wish me luck! :thumbsup: And thanks anyway! :hi:

That's where I saw the link to the Durham busses...I've emailed them, but I don't anticipate I'll hear back in time. :(

Maybe I'll just show up tomorrow, see if there's any room. ;)

of Chapel Hill...unfortuately the opposite direction of Raleigh. :(

I could make arrangements to be elsewhere, and the time is strictly at the mercy of whatever the good samaritan driving decided. ;)

I'm geographically dead-center between Carroboro and Chapel Hill. I do have a Hillsborough mailing address, but Chapel Hill phone # and cable, so...:shrug:

What time were you thinking of leaving? I'm still waffling on going at all, but knowing that someone was counting on me for a ride would force my hand the "right" way.

12. I'm really not picky
I didn't have the opportunity (due to geography) to protest last year, and I would really like to this time. I'm totally flexible on times. We should (me, you, NeoProgressive and anyone else) all ride together! I think I'd really feel better if I got out there and vocally vented some pent-up anger at * & pals, don't you? :)

15. Hah. Like I could afford a cooper-mini?
No- I have a mazda 626- somewhat comfy, however, I would definitely need to move the assorted crap that is on/in/around the backseat region of the car. I guess it needed to be done anyway?

I don't mind driving. Now someone else has to pick the time to meet. :-)
