Connie Martinson & Barack Obama

I just realized that I watched Connie Martinson interview Barack Obama back in 1995 when his book first came out.
I have always been a big Connie Martinson fan, as she gets very good books, and actually reads and understands them. Nobody here in Los Angeles knows who she is, or who her husband is. (?)
But I didn't realize til now, that is the same Barack Obama who is now that president guy. At that time I just thought he was some writer guy who obviously had a good book, or Connie wouldn't have him on her show.
And she did an excellent interview as she usually does, displaying the fact that she, herself, not some staff person has read the book.
You don't need to say it. I will. I really don't know where I been!
